This spring, the Elberta Commons team marked an important milestone in the project's predevelopment phase with a Partners Workshop held on May 18th, 2026. Bringing together key stakeholders, the session centered on aligning around shared goals and expectations, exploring the property and its potential, and establishing a common vision for what success looks like for this community.

We are pleased to share that the predevelopment agreement for Elberta Commons has been finalized. This is a meaningful milestone, and it means the real planning work is now officially underway.

On November 20th, we had the privilege of joining the Elberta community for an important milestone in the development of Elberta Commons. The turnout was a powerful reminder of why this project matters. Residents showed up with energy, curiosity, and a clear sense of investment in the future of their community.
