Team Workshop
This spring, the Elberta Commons team marked an important milestone in the project's predevelopment phase with a Partners Workshop held on May 18th, 2026. Bringing together key stakeholders, the session centered on aligning around shared goals and expectations, exploring the property and its potential, and establishing a common vision for what success looks like for this community.
Looking ahead, we're excited to announce that the community charrette has been scheduled for the week of September 21st, 2026. The charrette will be an opportunity for residents (year-round and seasonal), neighbors, businesses and community leaders to actively participate in shaping the vision for this project. Additional details for each activity will be shared as we finalize our planning in the weeks and months ahead.
