Predevelopment Agreement Finalized
We are pleased to share that the predevelopment agreement for Elberta Commons has been finalized. This is a meaningful milestone, and it means the real planning work is now officially underway.
Our team is currently focused on building the foundation that will guide this project forward — developing schedules, gathering proposals across various scopes of work, and aligning the full project team around a shared vision. Alongside that internal planning, we are also prioritizing community engagement and public relations efforts to ensure Elberta residents remain informed and involved throughout the process.
One of the most exciting items on the horizon is the design charrette — a collaborative, community-centered design process where your input will directly influence what gets built on the Elberta Commons site. More details on timing and format will be shared in the near future.
