Community Meeting

On November 20th, we had the privilege of joining the Elberta community for an important milestone in the development of Elberta Commons. The turnout was a powerful reminder of why this project matters. Residents showed up with energy, curiosity, and a clear sense of investment in the future of their community. That kind of engagement doesn't happen by accident — it reflects the deep pride Elberta residents have in their community and the desire to create a space that serves the community as a whole.

We came to listen, and listen we did. The questions asked and the feedback shared were thoughtful, direct, and constructive. Every voice in that room helped shape a clearer picture of what Elberta Commons should be — not just a development, but a true reflection of the community it will serve. We are grateful for every person who took the time to attend, ask questions, and speak their mind.

For our the Artemis team, moments like this are exactly why we do this work. Developing in a community like Elberta is a responsibility we take seriously, and the trust residents place in us by showing up and engaging openly is something we don't take lightly. We are honored to be the developer for Elberta Commons, and meetings like this one only deepen that commitment.
