Prompt: The market analysis identifies housing types that can align community goals, economic opportunity, and market demand. These findings provide our starting point: a range of homes between individual houses and larger residential buildings. Thoughtfully designed, this "in-between" housing can extend Elberta's village character, support local businesses and a lasting tax base, and help create a waterfront neighborhood that is accessible and welcoming to everyone.
